Pinnacle Wagyu (Pinnwag) is a division of Christiansen Rural Pty Ltd – a completely Australian and entirely family owned Wagyu beef cattle operation set in the Maranoa region of Queensland, Australia.
Originally established by the late Peter Christiansen and his wife Joanne, the operations have been carried on by Joanne with Paul and Kellieanne (son and daughter in law) and their two daughters, Taylor and Tori.
The Wagyu program was introduced with cross breeding in 1998, and today the Christiansen family offer a range of Wagyu and Wagyu cross cattle for sale. Pinnacle Wagyu has been operating for over 25 years.
The family is also passionate about breeding and selling Stock Horses, which are used for both business and pleasure.
“Pinnacle” is located 80km north west of Roma, between the towns of Roma, Mitchell and Injune. The 14,690-acre property was purchased in 1988, and a large-scale development program (including water, infrastructure, ground renovations, improved pastures, fencing and stock handling facilities) has been implemented to slowly transform into a productive beef cattle farming operation.
Another integral part to our operation is the Dalby aggregations consisting of properties "Hillview" 1,000 SCU Feedlot, backgrounding and cropping, "LeMont" backgrounding and Leucaena and "Roseneath" backgrounding and cropping.
